By an appeal heard and fully submitted on June 5, 1998, James M. Lemonedes, Esq., a lawyer, seeks to review a final order of the Bankruptcy Court (Adlai S. Hardin, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge) dated February 9, 1998, which denied a motion by Appellant Attorney Lemonedes for a nunc pro tunc Order of Retention as an attorney in behalf of the Chapter 7 Debtor and an application for an award of legal fees from the Estate for services already concluded.
