Plaintiff, Rita Werne, appeals from the order of the trial court granting summary judgment to the defendants 1 based on the doctrines of judicial estoppel and equitable estoppel.
On September 8, 1992, Werne filed a complaint against defendant alleging that she was a stockholder in Protection Unlimited, Inc. (PUI) by virtue of an inheritance of her father’s stock.
