Affirming.

The appellant, Cyrus Feree, having been convicted in the Hardin -circuit -court -of the crime of wilful murder, brings his -case to this court for review, urging a reversal of the judgment against him upon the following grounds:(1) The trial court erred in overruling a motion for an instruction to the jury to find him “not guilty” on the grounds of insanity,(2) The verdict of the jury is palpably against the evidence.
