This is an action for the possession of real property consisting of certain described lots in Caldwell. Judgment was for the defendant as to part of the land. The plaintiff has appealed.

Plaintiff after alleging her residence in Los Angeles and that of the defendant in Caldwell alleged that she was the'owner of the legal title to several described lots; that she was entitled to posses*9sion of them and defendant was keeping her out of possession.
