MORGAN, Judge.
About 5 o’clock in the afternoon of January 5, 1945, plaintiff while walking southerly across Washington Street in the west crosswalk of its intersection with Second Avenue, City of Phoenix, was injured wnen coming into contact with one of defendant city’s busses engaged in making a right-hand turn from its southerly course on Second Avenue westerly onto Washington Street.
