The plaintiff in error was convicted of the crime of burglary of a dwelling house. It is contended by his counsel that there is a fatal variance between the allegation in the information, and the proof adduced at the trial with respect to the ownership of the house. This contention *457arises from, and is based upon, the following facts. The information describes the building burglarized as “the dwelling house of W. W.
