This is in response to your request for an opinion on substantially the following questions:(1) IS A MUNICIPAL POLICE DEPARTMENT A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY WITHIN THE PURVIEW OF s 365.16(4), F.S.?(2) IS A MUNICIPAL POLICE DEPARTMENT A "LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY" AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED IN s 934.02(10), F.S., FOR PURPOSES OF CH. 934, F.S., THE SECURITY OF COMMUNICATIONS LAW?
