Allen v. Zoning Board of Review

This is a petition for a writ of certiorari, under general laws 1938, chapter 342, §8, to review the action of the zoning board of review of the city of Warwick, hereinafter called the board, in denying petitioner’s application for an exception or variation to the zoning ordinance of that city. In response to a citation the members of the board waived the actual issuance of the writ and made a return of a certified copy of their record pertaining to the hearing on the above application and their decision thereon.
