—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Garry, J.), dated November 21, 1994, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the defendants’ motion is denied, and the complaint is reinstated.

The plaintiff allegedly sustained injuries when he fell through the plywood floor of a loft storage area and onto the floor of a room below. The plaintiff submitted evidence indicating that the plywood floor had deteriorated…
