ORDER ON CLAIMANTS OPPOSED MOTION TO ABSTAIN AND LIFT INJUNCTION

FELIX RECIO, United States Magistrate Judge.

Before this Court is Claimant David Medina’s opposed motion to abstain and lift injunction. For the reasons set out below the Court DENIES Claimant’s motion.

JURISDICTION

This Court, has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). All parties have waived their right to proceed before a district judge and consented to have a United States Magistrate Judge conduct all proceedings, including trial and judgment. (Doc. 27).
