Blow, under whom plaintiffs claim immediately, contains only this description: “Fifty acres of land lying in the county of Hertford and bounded as follows, by the lands of John P. Liverman, John H. Liverman and Isaac J. Snipes.” The language of the deed leaves but one question open for parol proof.
