Appellants brought suit against appellees in Calhoun County seeking damages in a tort action averred to have occurred in said county, due to damage to a peanut crop allegedly caused by defective insecticide and herbicide purchased from appellees Helena and Albany Warehouse Company. The complaint averred that Helena was a foreign corporation, registered to do business in Georgia, with an office and place of business in Calhoun County.
