VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.
Aldon Milbrath appealed from an order directing that certain funds be placed in a joint tenancy account in the names of Lydia Milbrath’s conservator and Glen Milbrath, with the funds to be held in trust for Lydia Milbrath. We modify the order of the court and, as modified, affirm.
Glen and Aldon are the sons of William and Lydia Milbrath. Sometime prior to 1986, William purchased bank certificates of deposit, presumably with proceeds from the family farming operation. The certificates were placed in the names of William, Lydia, and Glen, in joint tenancy with rights…
