Petitioner, Alan Daniel Wilwording, in this petition for federal writ of habeas corpus seeks to challenge the constitutionality of disciplinary procedures affecting him in 1969 and resulting in loss of good time and “blood time” credit on his sentence of 20 years’ imprisonment imposed by the Circuit Court of Greene County, Missouri in June 1964.
