This matter comes before the Court on the objection of Fleet Bros., Inc. (“Fleet Bros.”) to certain exemptions claimed by the debtors in the above-styled case, Joseph H. and Linda D. Newsome (“Newsomes”). This matter was heard at a hearing convened on February 13, 1985, along with a motion for relief from stay filed by Fleet Bros, in order to recover certain of the items claimed as exempt.
