RILEY, Chief Judge.
Separate juries convicted Tiran Rodez Casteel (Casteel) of (1) carjacking, using or carrying a firearm in relation to a violent crime, obstructing justice, and witness tampering in the first trial; and (2) two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm in the second. After the first trial, the district court 1 sentenced Casteel to 319 months imprisonment for the first four convictions.
