James E. Mason appeals the Kanawha County Circuit Court’s denial of his petition for a writ of mandamus compelling the appellee Motor Vehicles Commissioner to reinstate his driver’s license. The appellant had contended that the suspension of his license was unlawful and deprived him of due process because he was not properly notified of the suspension or provided with a hearing.
