This is a suit hy appellant against appellee to recover the sum of $45.80, being the balance alleged to be due upon a certain contract whereby appellant agreed to furnish appellee a course of instruction by correspondence in engine running, and appellee agreed to make payment therefor in monthly installments of $5. A trial by the court, without a jury, resulted in a finding in favor of appellee and judgment against appellant for costs of suit.
