The Hibernian Banking Association of Chicago, acting as trustee under the last will and testament of Cora Anderson Boseboom, deceased, brought this suit in assumpsit against Helen D. Boseboom to collect the sum of $850, part of the proceeds of the sale of certain real estate belonging to the trustee estate, together with accrued interest. The cause was heard before the court without a jury and a judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant, appellee in this court.
