Appellant filed her bill May 1, 1888, in the Circuit Court, praying that appellees should be enjoined from causing a sale of complainant’s real estate, under a decree of foreclosure rendered by the Circuit Court, March 1,1876. A temporary injunction was issued, but on final hearing it was dissolved, and the bill dismissed for want of equity.
