In 1876 Qotleib Xintzel died intestate seized of 296 acres of laud in Mason county, West Virginia, leaving surviving him his widow Margaret Kiutzol who afterwards qualified as his .administratrix, and ten children, viz: Elizabeth who intermarried with Samuel Casto, Augustus Kintzel and Edward Xintzel children by a former wife, and Emma, Elmira, Mag*752gie, Harriet, Flora, Gotleib and Lewis Kintzel,'his heirs at lafv, the last five oi whom were infants.
