The plaintiff in his declaration, which is in trespass on the case, alleges that he had a horse-shed standing on a certain parcel of land in the south parish in Reading, with a right to occupy the land with the shed, undisturbed, and free from all interference of any person whatever, and that the defendants tore down and carried away the plaintiff’s shed, and hindered and disturbed and deprived the *244plaintiff of Ms rights to use and improve the premises for the purposes aforesaid.
