This cause was tried upon a third amended petition, in which it was alleged by appellees, Kate Robinson and her husband, George C. Robinson, as against Margaret Faville and Ada M. Atchison, appellants, that on January 1, 1915, Kate Robinson was seised and possessed of a certain lot or parcel of land on Soledad street in the city of San Antonio; that on January 23, 1900, Margaret Faville, the mother of Kate Robinson and Ada M. Atchison, obtained a decree of divorce from her. husband, F. D. Faville, in which decree a life interest in the property in question was vested in Mrs. Fa-ville, and it…
