Appellees, Oscar P. Celli et al., brought this trespass-to-try title suit against appellant, John B. Lozica, to settle and determine a boundary dispute and to recover title and possession of a strip of land in Galveston, Texas, approximately 47 feet in width running generally north and south between U. S.
