In appeal No. 1, The Hartford Fire Insurance Company (defendant) appeals from a judgment granting plaintiffs’ cross motion for partial summary judgment on the fourth cause of action, for breach of the insurance policy in question, and the fifth cause of action, seeking a declaration that plaintiffs’ losses are covered losses under the insurance policy in question. In appeal No. 2, defendant appeals from an order that, inter alia, denied those parts of its motion for summary judgment dismissing the fourth and fifth causes of action.
