IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEBRASKA JOE HAND PROMOTIONS, INC., Plaintiff, 4:22-CV-3139 vs. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER JOSEPH SHAW, and PORTER & SHAW INVESTMENTS, LLC, Defendants.
