MEMORANDUM OPINION

BUA, District Judge.

This is a suit for damages resulting from the alleged denial of plaintiffs’ due process rights. Defendants and various unnamed individuals are charged with conspiring to deny plaintiffs a building permit for construction of their home. Although, as a result of a mandamus action brought and resolved in the Circuit Court of DuPage County, plaintiffs have, at this time, received the requested permit, 1 plaintiffs now sue for damages resulting from the initial denial of their request.
