SUMMARY ORDER
Petitioner-Appellant Justin Woodard appeals from the January 13,2014 order of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Telesca, /.), dismissing his petition for habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 and denying his motion for a stay so that he could exhaust his unexhausted claims in state court.
