Cross appeals from an order of the Family Court of Washington County (Breen, J.), entered March 1, 2002, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 4, to direct respondent to pay child support.

In the course of a divorce action commenced by respondent in 1997, Supreme Court referred custody, visitation and support proceedings to Family Court.
