Christopher Vasiliades (Appellant) has appealed from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dismissing his appeal of his driver’s license suspension. We affirm.
At the de novo hearing in common pleas court, Officer Edward Wenger of the Upper St. Clair Township police department testified that he observed Appellant’s vehicle traveling in a northbound direction on Route 19, but zigzagging between the northbound and southbound lanes.
