In 1941, Lee Adelson (acting for Samuel Adelson), Isidore Goldberg (acting for Morris Goldberg) and George Dreyman entered into an agreement of joint venture for the erection of a defense housing project in Scott Township, Pennsylvania. The construction contract had been obtained from the United States Government in the name of George Dreyman, Inc., on behalf of the adventurers.
