This is an appeal from a judgment and from an order overruling a motion for a new trial,' and is before the court at this time upon an order directed to the appellant to show cause why the order overruling the motion should not be affirmed. The facts upon which the order to show cause is based are as follows: The judgments in the case, three in number, were entered on the 18th, 20th, and 22d days of M'arch, 1920.
