This is an appeal from the judgment o>f the superior court of Cook county overruling the legal objections of Georgie L. Underwood and confirming a special assessment against her lands for the cost of curbing, grading and paving Sixty-ninth street from South Park avenue to Vincennes road, in the city of Chicago.
