Marie Weber (Weber) petitions for review of an order of the Secretary of Education (Secretary) that dismissed her appeal from the actions of the Wyoming Valley West School District (School District) in terminating her and later refusing to conduct a hearing, in claimed violation of provisions of the Public School Code of 1949 (School Code), Act of March 10, 1949, P.L. 30, as amended, 24 P.S. §§ 1-101 — 27-2702.
