This action centers around a transaction entered into between Prosher Corporation (Prosher), Desert View Building Supplies, Inc. (Desert View), the herein bankrupt, and Wells Fargo Bank (Wells Fargo). This case is presently before this Court on Wells Fargo’s appeal from a decision of the bankruptcy court which found that the transaction was fraudulent as to the unsecured creditors of Desert View. In addition, the trustee for Desert View and the Official Creditors Committee (Creditors Committee), an intervenor, has petitioned this Court for reconsideration of…
