FEINBERG, Circuit Judge.
Bruce Silleg appeals from his sentence entered in November 2001 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Martin, J.). The court sentenced Silleg to 41 months imprisonment following his guilty plea to charges- of receiving and possessing child pornography images that had been mailed, shipped or transported in interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2)(A) and 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) (2000).
