This appeal is from an order of the Orphans’ Court of Frederick County refusing’ to admit to probate a paper purporting to be the will of George E. Hankey, late of Frederick County, who died on December 20, 1915, leaving real and personal property of considerable value. Upon the theory that Mr. Hankey died intestate, no will having been found among his papers, administration upon hia personal estate was granted to the appellees on December 29, 1915.
