MEMORANDUM OPINION

The court here decides what damages are properly awarded to an airline passenger whose luggage is never delivered to the destination named in her ticket, and who suffers abusive conduct by airline employees when she tries to recover her baggage and its contents. Joyce Glason, plaintiff, claims damages for emotional distress based on the loss of her luggage and discourteous treatment by the defendant Puerto Rico International Airlines (Prinair).
