In this action the plaintiffs seek a judgment declaring their right to use their land located in the Village of Bo sly n for apartment house purposes. Plaintiffs’ land is situated on the westerly side of Main Street about opposite the point at which East Broadway intersects the easterly side of Main Street and terminates. The land has an over-all area of approximately 7 acres and has frontage along the westerly side of Main Street.
