An action was brought in the district court of Crawford county against the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company, a Kansas corporation, for damages on account of personal injuries received by the plaintiff while working in a coal mine of the defendant in Cherokee county. Service was made by delivering a copy of the summons to an agent of the company in Crawford county.
