¶ 1. David Wayne Gaddy pleaded guilty to voyeurism and touching a child for lustful purposes. He was sentenced in the Circuit Court of Harrison County to five years and fifteen years respectively to be served in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The sentences were originally to be served consecutively, but they were later amended to run concurrently. Gaddy then filed a motion for post-conviction relief in the Harrison County Circuit Court.
