More than five years after the referee and board had disallowed the claim of Miller Leeper, appellant herein, for compensation for an alleged accidental injury to his' left eye, received through the exploding of a hot bloom during the course of his employment with Logan Iron & Steel Company, he endeavored to revive the proceeding by filing with the board on October 13, 1935, a petition which became the basis of the proceedings with which we are now concerned.
