This is an appeal by Tommy L. Wilkins from an order of the Union County Circuit Court denying his petition for habeas corpus in connection with an extradition proceeding.

The facts appear as follows: On or about March 16, 1972, an automobile was stolen from an El Dorado automobile agency in Union County. The theft was reported to the El Dorado Police Department on March 18 and a description of two suspects was furnished to the police by the owner of the automobile.
