In this case an injunction granted in the Circuit Court upon bill and exhibits was subsequently dissolved, and from this order, and an order refusing to reinstate the injunction, Brown appeals to this court. There was a demurrer to the bill by the company, which being overruled *488the company appeals. This opinion covers both appeals.
