Dryden v. Marcellus Community Schools Board of Education

I respectfully dissent. I would affirm the trial judge’s denial of the writ of mandamus for the reasons stated in my opinion in Andersen v Adrian School District Bd of Ed, 73 Mich App 33; 250 NW2d 786 (1976).
