Plaintiff, as the widow and personal representative of the estate of her husband, brought an action to recover damages for Ms negligently caused death. All defendants filed supplemental pleadings, each defendant claiming that at the time and place of decedent’s death it and the employer of plaintiff’s decedent were subject to the Workmen’s Compensation law and were engaged in a common enterprise on premises over wMch they had joint supervision and control, as defined in OES 656.154.
