GLADNEY, Judge.

The petitioners Sam Donald, Jr. and William R. Kitchens instituted this suit against Maurice Glazer to dissolve and settle the affairs of a partnership which practiced accounting in Monroe under the name of Maurice Glazer and Company from January 1, 1963 through June 30, 1964. Petitioners’ demands were accompanied by a request for the judicial sequestration of records and property of the partnership firm.
