Appeal from an order of the Court of Claims (Jeremiah J. Moriarty, III, A.J.), entered July 30, 2013. The order, among other things, granted the motion of defendants for summary judgment and dismissed the claim.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
