By an order to show cause, dated June 17, 2011, petition, dated June 16, 2011, and an affirmation of Peter J. Glanville, Esq., dated June 16, 2011, with supporting papers, petitioner has made application, pursuant to CPLR 7803 (2), for judgment in the nature of prohibition vacating a judgment and warrant of eviction issued by respondent Town Justice.
