This is a proceeding for reorganization of the above named debtor corporation under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. The corporation filed a proceeding for reorganization under Chapter XI, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq. in the Southern District of New York which action, upon motion of creditors, was later removed to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
